As part of the 2019 Rugby World Cup pre-game hospitality, the historic Fushunkan facility at Hoashi Honke was privately booked for a lunch party. A well-known Japanese company hosted the event for some of its important clients from overseas. We created a space where guests could enjoy Japanese culture through cocktail receptions, flower arranging, and sencha tea experiences while enjoying the opening attraction of traditional performing arts.

Ceremony held an art museum.
A pre-event ceremony announcing the themes and symbols. It was the first non-art related event held at the Oita Prefectural Art Museum (OPAM), marking its beginning as a unique venue for the prefecture. Following the ceremony, the public joined a wide variety of events held on the cordoned off street in front of the museum.
