JR Destination Campaign National Advertising and Sales Promotion Conference

This is a national destination marketing campaign held four times a year by JR group companies across the country to select target areas and attract domestic tourists. A presentation opportunity that gathers travel agency personnel from around the country gather and provides tourist information on the decided target areas.

The 30th Meeting of National Nursing Care Health Facility Memorial Conference

The 30th commemorative convention for nursing care health facilities nationwide. Held in Oita City, more than 10,000 people participated, the largest number ever for a conference in the city. The event was held at multiple venues, and new initiatives such as lunch coupons for local restaurants were introduced, creating a large economic impact for the host area.

The 21st Meeting of the Japanese Society of Clinical Engineers

A national academic conference where more than 2,000 clinical engineers gather. We provide comprehensive support to organizers, including presentation management, sponsor management, secretariat agency, various productions, venue setup, and day-of operations. There was an equipment display with over 50 booths and a catered social gathering.

The 71st National Meeting of the Japan Junior Chamber - Oita Conference

Coordinating all events and managing the main events, which attracted 5,000 participants, made a major economic impact on the region. In particular, the Senior Club Oita National Tournament, which was held concurrently, was held at an aquarium, a unique venue for the first time, and received high praise.

Austin Friendship Association- Youth Business Exchange

We decided to conduct an exchange project for young businesspeople between the sister cities of Oita and Austin in the United States. We were entrusted with promoting the project from start to finish. We conducted preliminary meetings in the US, examined the content of the training, and coordinated content with the host organization in the US.

(Traditional folk home: Fushunkan) As part of Rugby World Cup’s hospitality, a sake brewer’s warehouse, which is designated as a local cultural property, was used as a pre-game lunch venue. We created a space where guests could enjoy Japanese culture through cocktail receptions, flower arranging, and sencha tea experiences while enjoying the opening attraction of traditional performing arts.
